Pope Francis, the Universal Brother

In view of the Covid epidemic, Pope Francis cancelled all his trips; he nonetheless perseveres with his project of “human fraternity,” the object of the “Declaration” of Abu Dhabi. To abandon this project, it would suffice for him to reread the Letter “Our Apostolic Mandate,” of August 25, 1910, which Pope Saint Pius X addressed to the Bishops of France.
