The Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary
do not abdicate!

INTRODUCTION: THE LESSONS OF A PILGRIMAGE

The Phalange of the Immaculata went to the feet of their Queen to beg Her to make our Holy Father Pope Leo hear not only ‘the cry of the poor,’ which he mentions in his apostolic exhortation Dilexi te, but also thecries and groans of pain and despair” of the damned that Lucy, Francisco and Jacinta heard at Cova da Iria on July 13, 1917.

Previously, we sent a petition to the Holy Father, dated October 13, to entrust to him the intentions of our pilgrimage of reparation to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Lourdes, in order to ask him to kindly ‘exhort’ the children of the Church to pray for the poor sinners who fall into Hell because no one prays for them. A hundred years ago in Pontevedra, Spain, the Immaculate Heart of Mary, pierced by their blasphemies, required that reparation be made, and our own salvation, we poor sinners, depends on obedience to this demand. This was the purpose of our pilgrimage and our petition to the Holy Father.

This is truly a work of Counter-Reformation, but in the manner and with the weapons of the Immaculata, our beloved Mother, to Whom our blessed Father gave way on December 8, 1997.

Indeed, praying at Her feet in Her grotto at Massabielle for the Holy Father and for the Church, we asked Her for ourselves the grace to consecrate ourselves to Her anew, without reserve, following the example of Saint Maximilian Marie Kolbe, so that She might use us as She wishes.

The greatest service we could render Her would be to offer our lives as a witness to our faith, as Her Knight did in the Bunker of Death at Auschwitz on August 14, 1941. But our heavenly Mother also needs faithful servants who bear witness to Her will. With Her, they shall combat the great apostasy, from which our world is dying, by openly fighting against the Devil, his fiends and the evil doctrines they spread.

To understand this, it would be advisable to study again, in sequence and in context, the most recent of the great apparitions of our Queen and Her divine Son, as we did during our 2025 Phalangist Camp.

PROLOGUE: THE GREAT DESIGN OF THE HEART OF JESUS

This piece of history begins on December 27, 1673, at the Visitation in Paray-le-Monial, where Our Lord showed Saint Margaret Mary His Sacred Heart ablaze with love, surmounted by the Cross and surrounded by thorns “which signify the wounds that our sins inflict on Him”. She related: “And He made me see that the ardent desire He has to be loved by men and to draw them back from the path of perdition where Satan is precipitating them in droves had made Him form this design to manifest His Heart to men.” He therefore asked that a cult be rendered to His Sacred Heart consisting of small acts of devotion and reparation. And “He showed me that this devotion was like a final effort of His love which wanted to favour men in these last centuries with this loving Redemption in order to withdraw them from the empire of Satan, which he meant to ruin. His aim is to place us under the sweet freedom of the empire of His Love, which He wanted to re-establish in the hearts of those who would embrace this devotion.

Our Lord thirsts to be loved, and He wants to save us from Hell. To this end, He wants to extend to the whole world the privilege that France has had of being under the effective reign of His lieutenant. He had revealed this two hundred years earlier to Saint Joan of Arc. Our Lord therefore asked the King of France, Louis XIV, to become the obedient instrument of this reign, promising to fill his kingdom and his person with all the treasures of His Divine Heart. The obedience of the King of France at the end of the 17th century could have, and should have, converted the whole world: the Sacred Heart would have given him victory over the Protestant nations that were bitterly opposed to him, those “proud and haughty heads, enemies of the Holy Church”.

The Fleur-de-Lys Kingdom could then have conquered and evangelised the whole world, together with the other Catholic nations, which would have imitated France’s devotion to the Sacred Heart. Did He not have Saint Margaret Mary tell Louis XIV: “My adorable Heart wants to triumph over his and, through him, over that of all the great ones of the earth”?

IT WAS EITHER THAT OR THE REIGN OF SATAN!

The refusal of such an offer by Louis XIV and his successors, and the indifference of the clergy, especially the Society of Jesus, whom the Sacred Heart wanted to use for His great design, brought about a terrible and proportionate chastisement: the destruction of the Catholic nations, beginning with France, to which the fate of the Church is intimately linked. From 1689 to 1789, the Protestant nations increased in power, France lost her colonies, and the impious Voltairian spirit spread throughout the Kingdom. Finally, the Revolution broke out, and under the Reign of Terror, it became clear that it was the reign of Satan. To drag souls into Hell, he destroyed the thousand-year-old order of the monarchy, through which Our Lord effectively reigned over His people, and he persecuted the Church, particularly the devotees of the Sacred Heart.

If Napoleon restored freedom of worship in 1799, it was because he understood that he could not persecute the Church indefinitely, but that it was much wiser to enslave it through a Concordat, which Pope Pius VII unfortunately accepted.

The Sacred Heart, however, moved by so many martyrs sacrificed by the Revolution, once again offered His mercy. In 1815, the Restoration of the monarchy brought peace back to the country and freedom to the Church. Our Lord then revealed to Sister Mary of Jesus, a nun of the Congregation of Our Lady at the Convent of the Birds in Paris: “France is still very dear to My divine Heart, and she will be consecrated to Him. But it must be the King himself who consecrates his person, his family and his entire kingdom to My Divine Heart [...]. I am preparing a flood of graces for France when she will be consecrated to My Divine Heart.

Nevertheless, Louis XVIII, then Charles X, refused to obey this order, which would have meant recognising the total sovereignty of the Sacred Heart, at the expense of the Charter and the so-called popular sovereignty claimed by the Chamber of Deputies, which constantly hindered their governance.

Their scheming cousin, Louis-Philippe of Orléans, then stirred up a revolution that the people of France did not want at all. This marked the return of revolutionary horrors and an atheistic, anti-clerical government. In 1830, Satan’s reign took hold in France for a long time. It was a relentless chastisement: there was no longer a legitimate sovereign, by divine right, to obey the demands of the Sacred Heart and thus save France.

Worse still, within the Church, enslaved to this government by the Concordat, liberalism took hold. This ideology, initiated by Félicité de Lamennais, placed the ideal of freedom above all else, thus playing into the hands of the Revolution. So, after destroying the first ‘sword’, the sacred monarchy through which God reigned over society, Satan began imperceptibly to infest the second ‘sword’, the spiritual power.

THE INAUGURAL INTERVENTION
OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION IN PARIS

“In His great mercy, our most beloved Heavenly Father had planned that the Immaculate Virgin would remain at the centre of the city of Paris, already showered with graces, through the thick of the revolutionary horrors, to support the persecuted and to maintain devotion to Her Immaculate Heart throughout the times of apostasy that were to come.” our Father wrote.

It was therefore a true regency that Our Lady came to establish to replace the fallen monarchy, when She appeared to Saint Catherine Labouré at the novitiate of the Sisters of Charity on Rue du Bac.

A few days before the Revolution, on July 18, 1830, She announced to her that “ ‘misfortunes will befall France, the throne will be overthrown; the whole world will be convulsed by disasters of every description.’ She looked very sad when She said this, Sister Catherine testified. ‘I will be with you Myself: I have always watched over you, I will grant you many graces... The moment will come when the danger will be great, when all will seem lost, but I will be with you, have confidence. For the clergy of Paris, there will be many victims. The Archbishop will die. My child, the cross will be despised, blood will flow in the streets.’ Here the Blessed Virgin could no longer speak, the pain was written on Her face. ‘My child, the whole world will be in sorrow.’ I thought: when will this happen? I understood very well: ‘forty years’.”

Our Lady therefore came to announce forty years of chastisement for France, but during which She would remain with Her suffering people as their only recourse: “Come to the foot of this altar: there, graces will be poured out on all who ask for them with confidence and fervour; they will be poured out on the great and the small.”

Then, on the following November 27, in an apparition of comparable importance to those of the Apocalypse of Saint John, She appeared in all Her glory, trampling underfoot the Serpent that encircles the earth, while holding in Her hands a golden globe surmounted by a small cross, Her eyes raised to Heaven, in an attitude of prayer. Then rings appeared on Her fingers, which cast rays upon the world, “each more beautiful than the next,” Saint Catherine said. The seer then heard an interior voice saying to her: “This globe that you see represents the whole world, especially France, and each person in particular...” As for the rays, “they are the symbol of the graces I pour out on those who ask Me for them.

The Blessed Virgin thus manifests Herself as the Universal Sovereign, holding the world in Her hands, and as the Mediatrix of all graces. It is She Who must convert, save and sanctify the earth, crushing the Serpent that has been coiled around it since the Revolution.

God wants to save everything through Her, so that all hearts may turn to Her. And for this, He devised a marvellous means: to have a medal struck that can make this sumptuous apparition known to all, and ensure its rapid dissemination through countless miracles, so that all souls may contemplate this Immaculate Mediatrix and have recourse to Her.

The medal quickly became extraordinarily widespread, with one hundred million being produced in ten years!

But most of Our Lady’s message was obscured until the 1880s: the vision of the Virgin with the globe, and especially the announcement of chastisements and Her demand to come and take refuge at the foot of Her altar.

Our Lady found the right instrument to overcome this obstacle in the person of Father des Genettes, founder of the Archconfraternity of the Most Holy and Immaculate Heart of Mary, a centre of devotion and prayer for poor sinners radiating throughout the world.

This, however, was not enough to stem the tide of apostasy and impiety that had been spreading everywhere since 1830. It is important to realise the extent to which this Revolution of July was a takeover of France by Satan. The Church, who had been supported by the monarchy of Charles X, was now humiliated and secretly persecuted by the administration. Blasphemy spread everywhere, the clergy was mocked and insulted. France was no longer a Christian country; on the contrary, social pressure was now hostile to religion: irresistibly, faith was being lost.

So much so that in 1843, Our Lord revealed to Sister Mary of Saint Peter, a Carmelite nun in Tours, that His Justice could no longer tolerate such outrages, and that His terrible chastisement had to fall. It was then that Our Lady intervened again.

THE WARNINGS OF THE VIRGIN AT LA SALETTE

She appeared to two poor shepherds, Mélanie and Maximin, on the mountain of La Salette, on September 19, 1846. Her shoulders were laden with chains, She was girded with an apron and had a crucifix on Her breast. When the children saw Her, She was weeping, Her head in Her hands and Her elbows on Her knees. Then She rose and let out Her lament:

If My people will not submit, I shall be forced to let go the arm of My Son. It is so heavy, so onerous that I can no longer withhold it. For so long I have suffered for you! If I would have My Son not abandon you, I am compelled to pray to Him for you without ceasing; and you, you care naught! However much you pray, however much you do, you will never recompense the pains I have taken for you!

She thus complains about the disobedience of Her people, then about their blasphemies and Sunday work. These crimes, which were punished and prevented under the Ancien Régime, are indeed the consequences of the Revolution. In the name of freedom, people no longer submit to God, to the Church, to His Law. Vice runs rampant, outraging divine justice! To the point that the Blessed Virgin Herself can no longer spare Her people from chastisement: “I am forced to let go the arm of My Son!

It is a message of anger, but one in which God wants only Her to be conspicuous. He wants to touch us by showing us Her sorrow, the sorrow of His divine Mother and ours, and what She must suffer to obtain mercy for us: “For so long I have suffered for you!” It is a sublime revelation of Her mediation, of Her co-redemption, and, incidentally, of Her pre-existence, since She says: “I have given you six days to work, I have reserved the seventh for Myself, and they do not want to grant it to Me.” So She was already there, at the time of the Exodus, when Yahweh gave His commandments to His people.

It is a reminder of the fundamentals of Religion, expressed in the Lord’s Prayer, which Our Lord taught us: Our Father, Who art in Heaven, ‘hallowed’ – and not blasphemed – be Thy Name – of ‘Father’ Thy Kingdom come, and not democracy! Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven through our submission to Your commandments! This lesson was very well understood by Our Lady’s poor people. The peasants of La Salette and the surrounding area were the first to convert and make pilgrimages to the site of the Apparition, even before the clergy echoed Her message.

Thus, Our Lady of La Salette’s apparition gave rise to a vast movement of conversion and reparation in several associations of prayer and penance. These were then encouraged by many bishops. Notably, it was thanks to this apparition that the work of reparation, which Our Lord had been asking in vain of the Bishop of Tours for several years, through Sister Mary of Saint Peter, was finally founded. Our Lord Himself revealed to her that this reparation had enabled Him to temper the chastisement of France. This was the Revolution of 1848, whose crimes did not have a lasting effect nor lead to a persecution of the Church.

Nevertheless, as Sovereign Mistress of time and history, Our Lady of La Salette entrusted to each of the two seers, Mélanie and Maximin, a secret concerning the future. These two secrets had been kept concealed in the Vatican archives. They were found there by Father Michel Corteville after these archives had been opened to historical research. He published facsimiles of these two documents. Therefore, the original contents (that is to say, as they had been written in 1851, before Mélanie began to sink into fabrication and illusion) of these two secrets are now known.

In these secrets, we learn the true cause of Our Lady of La Salette’s sorrow. She announces that if we do not convert, France will be punished, there will be great misfortunes in the Church, a great apostasy and the coming of the Antichrist, accompanied nevertheless by a certain period of peace and conversion of nations.

In the secret She entrusted to Maximin, She says in particular: “France has corrupted the universe, one day it will be punished. Faith will die out in France.”

But to save Her people from this apostasy, only twelve years later, Our Lady obtained leave to intervene again.

1858: IN LOURDES,
THE IMMACULATA IS COUNTER-REVOLUTIONARY

The grace of Lourdes was certainly obtained through the movement of devotion and reparation that followed the apparition at La Salette, as Monsieur Dupont, ‘the holy man of Tours,’ had explained: “At La Salette, Mary [...] insistently demanded that Her complaints be made known to Her people: that is to say, no doubt, to the little ones and the simple ones; for the so-called learned were unable to accept the miracle of the apparition. The little ones, on the contrary, believed at the very first moment; they prayed, and we can assume that they obtained at least a respite, since a few years later, in 1858, the Blessed Virgin appeared in Lourdes dressed in festive clothing; She opened Her hands, which She had kept hidden at La Salette, and triumphantly called Herself the Immaculate Conception, all things that give us hope for a better future.”

Our Father explained that the grace of Lourdes was that Our Lady was able to found there the centre of the counter-revolution that She had been prevented from establishing in Paris, at Rue du Bac. She fled from revolutionary Paris, to the other end of France: “She preserved the faith of former days in the heart of the French people by significantly distancing Herself from the new powers and new mores then being established in the palaces and the parliament in Paris!”

As at La Salette, in our mountains, She has both all the space She needs and docile servants to gather Her good people, make them pray, exhort them to penance, and reveal Her Name to them, the secret of Her power: I am the Immaculate Conception.

This is the most sublime revelation of all this orthodromy, which illuminates the whole design of God: I am the Immaculate Conception.”

This word ‘Conception’, explained our Father, implies a perfection of positive holiness. She is God’s perfect, Immaculate Conception, before all other creatures, the primary object of His Love, the heart of His Heart, which is why He wants to glorify Her. She is ‘completely divine,’ as Father Kolbe used to say, therefore pre-existing long before original sin and of such power that She can crush the Devil throughout the world and offer to the Eternal Father this sanctified earth, surmounted by the Cross of Her Son, as She showed at Rue du Bac.

But how is this apparition at Lourdes counter-revolutionary?

The apparitions took place in 1858, during the Second Empire. Napoleon III was maintaining order, inaugurating numerous social and economic advances, and for the moment was rather favourable to the Church.

Thus, at that time, the Revolution was not persecuting the Church. But we must not think that Satan was resting. In the opulence and progress of this French society, it was the ideas and doctrines of the Revolution that were winning minds over, even within the Church. Pius IX saw this clearly and fought tirelessly against liberalism, that spirit of compromission to revolutionary ideas which corrupted the faith by emancipating social and political life from the sovereignty of Christ the King. His encyclical Quanta Cura (1864), condemning liberalism, was already being drafted in 1858.

However, through Her apparition at Lourdes, the Blessed Virgin came to support Pius IX in this struggle, and in doing so, She opposed the revolution in France and in the Church. All integral Catholics, and Saint Bernadette herself, understood that Pius IX was particularly dear to the Blessed Virgin, since She confirmed the dogma of Her Immaculate Conception, which he had defined four years earlier. This was already a thorn in the side of the liberals, who were secretly hostile to the Holy See, or even favourable to the revolutionaries who were besieging the Papal States. Moreover, it is clear that Our Lady of Lourdes was combating rationalism – and therefore also the tendency toward scepticism among liberal Catholics – through the irrefutable truth of Her apparition and Her miracles. This itself was a reminder of the absolute, divine authority of our Religion, the rejection of which is the very foundation of liberalism, according to the teaching of Pius IX.

Through Her call to penance and prayer for sinners, She opposed moral liberalism and the spirit of tolerance manifested, for example, by Lacordaire, a leader of liberalism, who had made a series of highly acclaimed sermons in 1851 on ‘the great number of the elect’. In this way, he wanted to present Christianity to the enemies of the Church in a less severe, less demanding, more modern light. The Blessed Virgin, on the other hand, wants to warn us all of the danger of eternal damnation that we face if we do not convert!

Finally, by asking for a public cult, processions, and a chapel, Our Lady of Lourdes clearly showed that religion should not be confined to the depths of our consciences, but that the whole of society must venerate Her in order to please God.

The Blessed Virgin thus wanted to preserve the complete faith in the Catholic Church and in the monarchy among Her people in France, especially in view of the tragic events that were to come.

Had She not announced forty years of chastisement at the Rue du Bac? The deadline of 1870 was approaching.

LOURDES, IT’S POLITICS!

Look, if I were to tell you this truth bluntly, it would surprise you: Lourdes, it’s politics. The event of Lourdes is a link in the chain of God’s graces and in the chain of humanity’s crimes in the 19th century.

There was the Devil who supported the Republic, the Revolution, the Second Empire, the Third Republic, and the Revolution was still rife, stirring things up and making Catholics take sides despite themselves, that is, against the Sacred Heart of Jesus and what He wills; they rushed to the ballot boxes and that is where they sought to achieve their victory. It is the Devil’s victory! This did not prevent them from going to Lourdes to have their eyes or rheumatism healed, but who did they take the Virgin Mary and Her Son Jesus Christ for? For the King of the world? For Our Lady of France? Not at all! It is Jesus and Mary Who would be their healers, and nothing more! And then, they would go and vote Christian Democrat!

We can understand nothing about modern history if we do not burst this bubble and if we do not say to people who ask us: “Father, why are you involved in politics?” “Because Jesus and the Virgin Mary are involved in politics!” Politics is the battlefield between the Devil and Our Lord Jesus Christ! And you would like us to indulge in politics that is contrary to all that? It is appalling when you think about it! Our holy religion is partly a relationship of obedience, of trust, etc. with God. Partly, yes! For spiritual matters, and partly for turning against the enemies of the Church, the demons and those who court them, and to wage war against them.

Lourdes is one aspect of the struggle between the Virgin Mary and the Devil, and more precisely, between Catholic France and the Freemasons. It is not over, and it will continue like this for a long time to come. When we have regained some of our strength – if you will excuse this vulgar expression in the sanctuary of the Virgin Mary – if you have understood this, you will understand that by going up to Fatima and accompanying our people who will go on pilgrimage, you will be in direct line with what I am going to tell you about what happened in the 19th century and which preceded the visit of the Virgin Mary.

We are the only ones there who will see the Devil head-on and know that if we do the Stations of the Cross, if we say the Rosary and all that, it is so that the Blessed Virgin can free the Church from the horrors of all these Masonic, anti-clerical governments that corrupt souls, while we sing hymns. Go ahead and sing your hymns, but fight the Devil at the same time instead of helping him in all his parties, in all his wickedness! That is what is very rare!

Immediately, I see people I like passing through my mind, but I have not forgiven them! One does not forgive people for such a fantastic mistake!

I could say to them: “But the Virgin Mary, my Mother, Whom I have decided to obey forever, never stops getting involved in politics. When will you stop closing your ears to Her teachings?” No!

So, we look at the people praying around us and it is quite simple: we do not find Crusaders, we find good, pious, kind people, but that is not enough. The Blessed Virgin does not tolerate this being the essential thing.

(Excerpts from a sermon by our Founder, Father Georges de Nantes, February 14, 2000)

1870, THE CHASTISEMENT. OUR HEAVENLY REGENT INTERVENES ONCE AGAIN.

Napoleon III generously claimed to defend freedom and democracy throughout the world against dictatorships! This crazy foreign policy threw us into war with Prussia, while his fundamental democratic principles had prevented France from rearming and paved the way for the Revolution to break out in the capital.

After the Emperor’s surrender at Sedan in September 1870 and the successive defeats of all our armies at Metz and Le Mans, France had never fallen so low. In Paris, the Republic was proclaimed, led by Gambetta, a former seminarian turned Freemason, who wanted to continue all-out war, reviving the myth of the ‘nation in arms’ of 1792.

For all good French people, this was the chastisement of France, of revolutionary France, corrupted by the principles of 1789. Bishop Freppel, the young Ordinary of Angers, said so openly to his diocesans in his Lenten pastoral letter of February 10, 1871.

The best people turned to Heaven. Diocesan vows were offered to the Sacred Heart and to the Blessed Virgin everywhere, but the prayers that most touched the Heart of the Blessed Virgin were certainly those of the very fervent parish of Pontmain, united around its holy parish priest, Father Guérin. It was there that She appeared on the evening of January 17, 1871, publishing Her message in the sky over France:

Do pray My children God will answer you very soon • My Son allows Himself to be moved.

As in the days of the prophets during the Exile and captivity, Our Lady returned to announce to Her people that mercy and salvation were offered to them, but on condition that they pray and convert.

My Son allows Himself to be moved... He was certainly moved by the prayer inscribed on the banner of the Pontifical Zouaves, for which they shed their blood at Loigny on December 2, 1870: Heart of Jesus, save France!

Indeed, the Blessed Virgin had come back to exhort Her people because once again the Sacred Heart was intent on accomplishing His great design.

MADAME ROYER: THE GREAT DESIGN
OF THE SACRED HEART AFTER THE CHASTISEMENT

In 1830, Charles X was overthrown for not having obeyed the Sacred Heart. Thus the government was left in the hands of revolutionaries. But since then, as true Regent, the Blessed Virgin intervened four times to convert and sanctify Her people, exhorting them to prayer and penance. Accordingly, after the torments of the defeat against Germany (1870) and the Paris Commune (1871), France was stirred by a great movement of conversion and devotion, notably with national pilgrimages to Paray-le-Monial, Lourdes, and La Salette, as well as the national Vow to build the sanctuary of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre, ‘in the name of a penitent and devout France’.

During this same period, the Sacred Heart was appearing again, this time to Madame Édith Royer. Through her extraordinary graces and penances, she was a new Margaret Mary, from whom she received numerous recommendations to accomplish her mission. The veracity of the revelations she received was confirmed by a diocesan commission of inquiry in 1880. From 1873 onwards, Our Lord made known to Madame Royer that He was once again ready to fulfil His great design. He asked her to communicate all the revelations she had received to her Ordinary, Bishop Rivet, as well as to the Holy Father, to inform them “that His Sacred Heart offers Himself to the Church so that she may draw from Him salvation, deliverance, the remedy for the errors and passions of our time, a means of regenerating, reviving faith, rekindling charity, and bringing back nations that are unfaithful or separated from the Church, with a particular design of mercy for France and Italy.”

To this end, Our Lord asked that Pius IX consecrate himself and the whole Church to the Sacred Heart, and above all that an association be founded in which all souls of good will would help to save the Church and France by making reparation through their prayers and penance. “The Divine Master burns with the desire to deliver us,” wrote Madame Royer, “but the justice of the Good God still opposes it. He begs His friends to help Him, to form, in union with His Sacred Heart, an association of prayer and penance, to appease the wrath of His Father, to remove the obstacles that oppose His desires for mercy.

At the same time, Our Lord charged Madame Royer with writing to the Count of Chambord “to ask him to conform to the desires of His Heart, to give himself to Him, to give Him France, to entrust Him with her restoration, to charge Him with healing France of evil doctrines and evil spirits, to restore peace and harmony with religion, faith, and restore her power and prosperity. The Sacred Heart offers Himself to His Majesty to do all this; He asks him only, in addition to these commitments, to consecrate France to the Sacred Heart, to use this devotion to bring back faith and piety, not to separate the cause of the Church from that of France, to work as soon as he has the power to deliver the Holy Father, and to make himself the defender of the Church.

The Prince did not respond, initially judging it ‘inappropriate’ to perform the consecration before returning to France. But more profoundly, he could not conceive of ascending to the throne unless he had first been called upon to do so by the nation, through its representatives! He believed in the so-called sovereignty of the people!

As a result, the restoration of the monarchy, which was so close to happening in 1873, even from a human perspective, was a failure.

There was no response from the Holy See either, but Pius IX solemnly consecrated the Church to the Sacred Heart in 1875, in union with all the bishops of the world. He had already greatly encouraged this devotion, invoking it against revolutionary and liberal errors.

The responsible authority was above all the local ordinary, Bishop Rivet. It was up to him to examine these revelations, to support them with his authority, and above all to found the Reparatory Association. He, however, did not reply to Madame Royer’s letter, despite the recommendations of her parish priest, who was her director of conscience.

During the year 1875, the Sacred Heart manifested Himself again and insistently to His messenger, showing her that “His greatest desire is to save the Church and France, but that if penance is not done, if the Association is not founded, His hands are tied, He cannot save us!” Our Lord showed Himself with outstretched arms, asking to be represented in this way, to show us His desire to save us, to draw us to Him, but also to remind us of His sacrifice, to which we must unite ourselves in order to help Him satisfy divine justice. Once, Madame Royer saw Him weeping, “as He had once wept over Jerusalem; and it seemed to her that He was saying for Paris: If only she were able to understand this opportunity that is given to her, accept this last hope!’ ”

She wrote further: “In these latter days, when faith and charity have grown cold, our divine Saviour seems to be making an appeal even more general than at Paray-le-Monial, more resounding, more imploring, if I may say so, more in line with the misfortunes and needs of His people [...]. He is no longer just the mystical Spouse of pure and fervent souls, their comforter, their intimate confidant. He is the God-King of the Church, of the world, raising a standard, gathering an army against the powers of Hell and calling, with an irresistible invitation, all Christians of all states where there remains a little faith, a little charity, all those who are not yet dead members of His Church... (ibid.,)

On another occasion, the Sacred Heart complained that, in His struggle against Satan, “many of His soldiers, those who wear His livery, have secret understandings with the enemy, they pass into his ranks, they do not shoot or they shoot into the air with shots that do not hit their target...” (ibid.,)

Here we clearly recognise the betrayal of the liberals, which Pius IX was denouncing at the same time. During this same period, Our Lord gave Madame Royer many insights into the Association He was asking for, and especially into the spirit of reparation and penance that was to animate it. It was truly a counter-revolution that He wanted to bring about by this means, by uniting hearts, by reminding them of the necessity of Redemption and the urgency of the salvation of souls, of the Church and of France.

In 1875, Madame Royer again approached Bishop Rivet, who still did not respond.

PELLEVOISIN: THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION
APPEARS FOR THE REIGN OF THE SACRED HEART.

It was then, in 1876, that Our Lady appeared to Estelle Faguette in Pellevoisin: She intervened to support Her Son’s great design. On September 9, during Her ninth apparition, She said to Her confidante: “For a long time now, My Son’s treasures have been open; let them [souls] pray.” Then, revealing a scapular of the Sacred Heart that She wore around Her neck, She said: “I love this devotion.” She paused, then continued: “It is here that I will be honoured.” And during Her fifteenth and final apparition, on December 8, referring to this scapular, She said: “Nothing will please Me more than to see this livery on each of My children, and that they will all apply themselves to repairing the outrages that My Son receives in the Sacrament of His love.

Our Lady thus came to recommend devotion to the Sacred Heart, which Her children were to manifest ostensibly by wearing the insignia on their chest, like the crusaders of old.

She also said that She Herself would be honoured in the Heart of Her Son. Indeed, at Pellevoisin, She revealed this intimate secret: “His Heart has so much love for Mine that He cannot refuse My requests. Through Me, He will touch the most hardened hearts. I am all merciful and Mistress of My Son.” That is why She told Estelle: “I want you to publish My glory.

She asks that we pray sincerely, denouncing “the attitude of prayer that one takes when the mind is occupied with other things. I say this for those who claim to be pious.” On September 15, during Her eleventh apparition, She complained: “There is not, in the Church, the calm that I desire. There is something...”

This echoes the complaints of the Sacred Heart to Madame Royer, referring to the unrest and betrayals of the liberals, who were the cause of the failure of the political and religious restoration of our country. This is what concerned Our Lady, since She also said: “And France! What have I not done for her! How many warnings, and yet she still refuses to listen! I can no longer hold back My Son.” Estelle recounts: “She seemed moved as She added: ‘France will suffer.’ She emphasised these words. Then she paused again and continued: ‘Courage and confidence.’ "

That very year, 1876, marked the transition from the reactionary regime that emerged after the defeat against Prussia to the violently anti-clerical ‘Republic of the Republicans’.

“FRANCE WILL SUFFER”.

At long last, in 1880, Bishop Rivet did the minimum required to allow the foundation of the Association of Penance, as requested by the commission that had investigated the revelations made to Madame Royer. The association grew rapidly and became affiliated with the sanctuary of Montmartre, which further contributed to its expansion. But the spirit in the sanctuary of the Sacred Heart was no longer that of Pius IX. On the contrary, the liberal Bishop Guibert, Archbishop of Paris, had taken great care to exclude all legitimists, forbidding any criticism of the Revolution or the Republic. Thus, at Montmartre, devotion to the Sacred Heart was stripped of its temporal and political implications.

In 1883, when the Republic had already begun its persecution of the Church, the Sacred Heart made a new offer to the Count of Chambord, giving him the solution to the ‘flag affair’: he was to leave the tricolour flag to the army, but adopt the banner of the Sacred Heart for his house and his guard, thus clearly showing that he was placing the restoration under His aegis. Madame Royer had a revelation that the Prince would fall ill and that he would only recover by conforming to the desires of Heaven. The Prince’s entourage, however, refused to send him these requests, so as not to tire him in his illness... He finally died on August 24, 1883.

After his death, Our Lord asked Catholics and royalists to unite around His Divine Heart to fight the fire that threatened the Church and France. No one could be found to carry out the policy of the Sacred Heart. The penitential association He had requested spread widely, yet He complained that “even though there were many names, there were few penitents.”

The bishops should have taken these revelations seriously and acted accordingly, as did Bishop Forcade, Archbishop of Aix-en-Provence, who was exemplary in ensuring that all his clergy joined the Association of Penance and embraced the wishes of the Sacred Heart. On the whole, however, the hierarchy did not heed the calls for reparation. Many bishops were already liberal, wanting to please the government. Obviously, there was no question of them working to restore all things in Christ, even in the field of politics! The worst was undoubtedly Archbishop Servonnet, of Bourges, who was unrivalled in his servility towards the Republic and who railed against Our Lady of Pellevoisin because this pilgrimage had become a refuge for true counter-revolutionaries. And among the faithful, partisan spirit, the betrayals of the liberals, and democratic politics caused disorder and agitation everywhere, even and especially among the royalists.

The Ralliement to the Republic imposed by Leo XIII dealt the fatal blow to the reign of the Sacred Heart in France. By forcing the French to submit ‘without ulterior motive’ to this Masonic and persecutory government, the Pope practically forced them to renounce the political reign of the Sacred Heart. Yet, since Saint Margaret Mary, and even more so thanks to Madame Royer, the policy of the Sacred Heart is well known: He is waiting for the legitimate King to submit to Him as a lieutenant to his Suzerain, being full aware that he receives his power from God alone. This is why He sought the submission of the Count of Chambord, even in his last moments.

Meanwhile, the entirely human, liberal politics of Leo XIII aimed to please the republican government, believing that this would bring freedom to the Church.

From then on, the salvation of France, which could only come from the Church, was made impossible. And the Church herself was increasingly affected by revolutionary venom: the end of the 19th century saw the birth of Christian democracy and Modernism in France.

THE SACRED HEART’S FINAL ATTEMPT.

It was then that Our Lord attempted a final ‘manoeuvre’: to convert Leo XIII himself, so that he would place himself at the service of His Sacred Heart. Through Mother Mary of the Divine Heart, He asked him to consecrate the world, promising the conversion of sinners, the return of heretics and schismatics to the Church and, especially in that year of 1898, the victory of Catholic Spain over the Protestant imperialism of the United States. The Sacred Heart thus showed His Vicar what His politics is, that it is free from any liberal compromise.

Leo XIII paid no heed to it, and defeated Spain had to abandon Cuba, which was handed over to Protestant mercantilism. This victory of the United States launched them into the hegemonic policy from which we still suffer today.

The following year, after a new demand transmitted by Mother Mary of the Divine Heart, Leo XIII finally pronounced the consecration that the Sacred Heart had asked of him, but he did so in such a way as to not appear to be acting on a ‘private revelation’, while persevering in his policy of rallying to the Republic. There is no evidence that he intended to convert in order to submit to the Sacred Heart’s politics! Our Lord’s promises were therefore not fulfilled.

On the contrary, Leo XIII’s liberalism caused a decline and ruin of Christianity everywhere, and set the Church on a new path of tolerance and freedom in all areas. His politics of entente cordiale with revolutionary governments gave rise to the Christian democracy of Fathers Lemire, Murri, and Toniolo, and to Marc Sangnier’s Sillon, a path of apostasy. By recognising the existing situation, i.e. the disorder established since the Revolution which had wrested the field of politics from the authority of the Church, Leo XIII left the way open to all the contesting and questioning of theology, dogma and morality that triumphed at the Second Vatican Council.

What could Our Lord do, after three refusals –Louis XIV, Charles X, and the Count of Chambord – by the kings of France, and His own Vicar who sank into hypocrisy, obstructing His Reign?

He nevertheless granted one last grace, with the pontificate of Saint Pius X, to be the beacon of the 20th century and to put a stop to apostasy. One might think that this grace was obtained through the devotion inspired by the consecration of Leo XIII, by the Association of Prayer and Penance and the Archconfraternity of Our Lady of Pellevoisin, which nevertheless gathered hundreds of thousands of members.

Saint Pius X clearly saw the chastisements that the earth deserved, but he also hoped, through prophetic insight, for the triumph of the Immaculate Conception. He wrote in 1904: “Witnesses, then, as we are of all these great benefits which God has granted through the benign influence of the Virgin in those fifty years now about to be completed, why should we not believe that our salvation is nearer than we thought. Let the storm rage and sky darken – not for that shall we be dismayed. At the sight of Mary God will be appeased and He will forgive.” (Ad Diem illum)

The storm came with the First World War, which was, moreover, a consequence of Leo XIII’s disastrous diplomacy in favour of Bismarck. Madame Royer, who lived until 1924, had a prophetic vision of this conflict on May 24, 1914: she saw the soil of France ploughed with deep furrows filled with blood.

FATIMA, RENEWAL OF THE COVENANT

After three years of war, in 1917, Our Lord sent His Holy Mother to earth, ‘with a certain fear,’ to reveal Their ultimate design of Mercy: to save everything through Her Immaculate Heart. As our Father explained, He allowed His great design to be obstructed until then, so that the glory of the triumph would belong to His Holy Mother. He allowed Satan to rage, to appear to corrupt the hierarchy of the Church itself, so as to manifest the splendour and glory of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, upon Whom it is incumbent to crush the Adversary and lead the whole world to salvation, so that all hearts may turn to Her.

This is the end of this orthodromy. This secret design of God was already announced in Holy Scripture, with increasing insistence, and then during the successive apparitions of the Blessed Virgin, especially since 1830.

At Fatima, the Blessed Virgin first announced the end of the war. Then, throughout Her apparitions, She recalled the great truths of our Creed, so as to save souls from the great apostasy and to support the defenders of the faith in the Church. Above all, on July 13, She showed Hell to the three shepherd children, the Hell where the souls of poor sinners go, where they fall as though into a whirlpool. Such is the immense tragedy of this apostate 20th century. God wanted to remind His Church of this calamity while, at the same time, giving her the remedy: He wants to establish in the world devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. If we obey, many souls will be saved and we will have peace. If not, the earth itself will become a hell, because of the sins of men, through war, famine, and persecutions against the Church. The great miracle of the sun on October 13, 1917 attests to the truth and global importance of this revelation.

In Portugal, the apparition of Our Lady bore immediately great fruits of conversion. Thanks to Fatima, said Canon Formigao, “in all the provinces, faith was revived, piety grew, love for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament intensified, and devotion to Our Lady of Fatima spread, captivating even the indifferent souls, the hardest and most obstinate hearts.” Better still, the entire hierarchy, all the Portuguese bishops, responded to the grace of Fatima by solemnly consecrating their nation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on May 13, 1931 and by publishing collective letters exhorting the faithful to penance and reparation, following the example of the children of Fatima.

In response to these acts of public devotion, Our Lady of Fatima was able to accomplish the total conversion of the country, restoring Christianity there, thanks to President Salazar. Thus, the Immaculate Heart of Mary succeeded in Portugal in achieving the complete restoration that She did not obtain in France throughout the 19th century, because of both the liberalism of the episcopate and democratic politics. This is proof that devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is the means chosen by God to save not only souls but also nations from apostasy, and thus to accomplish the great design of the Sacred Heart, His reign throughout the world.

AT THE END OF THIS ORTHODROMY: PONTEVEDRA. THE ULTIMATE REMEDY.

The necessary conditions for this reign are the consecration of Russia and reparatory devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, which She came to ask for in Tuy (1929) and Pontevedra (1925), as She had announced on July 13, 1917.

Because since Pius XI, the Popes have not wanted to obey these demands, the liberal and democratic spirit, corrupting the faith, has gradually gained ground in the Church, until it triumphed at the Second Vatican Council, to the point that even Portugal was affected by apostasy. It remains certain, however, that in ‘spiritual Portugal,’ i.e. wherever devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is practised, where the Rosary is recited, where reparation is made, souls preserve the dogma of the Faith, as Our Lady promised. But elsewhere, so many souls are falling into Hell! How sad our Heavenly Mother must be at the eternal damnation of so many of Her children! Well, it is enough for us to sympathise, to carry out with a spirit of reparation the little devotional practices demanded by Our Lady, to obtain the salvation of a great number of souls. And if, on the orders of the Holy Father, the whole Church embraces this devotion, the promises of the Immaculate Heart of Mary will be fulfilled, enabling Her to accomplish Her Son’s great design in the world. Such is the crucial importance of the message of the Child Jesus and His Holy Mother in Pontevedra.

For since then, God remains silent. He has said all that He had to say, He made His final demands a hundred years ago, and He is waiting for us to submit to His will.

Pope Francis formally performed the act of consecration that was demanded. For this act not to be void, like that of Leo XIII, it is urgently necessary for the Church to embrace the reparatory devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for this consecration to become a conversion, a real submission to the Immaculata, following Father Kolbe’s example.

“War or peace in the world depends on practicing this devotion,” said Sister Lucy. And we understand well, listening to our Pope Leo, who knows only the conciliar ‘religion,’ that if he were to embrace and promote this devotion, as the bishops of England and the Philippines have done, he would rediscover – and the whole Church following in his wake – the dogma of the Faith, namely the urgency of the salvation of souls, the necessity of redemption, of reparation, the existence of Heaven and Hell, etc. All the rest will follow therefrom.

CONCLUSION: THE SACRED HEARTS OF JESUS AND MARY ARE LEADING THE COUNTER-REFORMATION.

This history leads to our tragic present day. Through these successive acts of disobedience to God’s will, Satan seems to have gained more and more power to cause the loss of souls and nations by throwing them into apostasy, from the revolution of 1789 to that of 1917, with all their consequences. It reached the point where the revolutionary doctrines – Liberty, Equality, Fraternity – entered the Church, always abetted by the refusal to devote oneself to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Religious Liberty, vis-à-vis God, His Revelation, His will, Equality for all, emancipation from hierarchical authority, the elimination of the Magisterium, with a view to a utopian universal Fraternity based solely on human nature.

Nevertheless, as Satan thus enveloped the earth in his coils, the Immaculate Virgin and Her Divine Son were already beginning to crush his head. They intervened constantly to offer “new calls to faith, hope and love,” as Sister Lucy wrote. Their messages rekindle our Catholic faith, the integral faith of our creed, and they enliven in us faith, trust, and holy hope in the Immaculate Conception, Mother of every one of us, forever, Who must come first, because God wills it!

Thus, the vocation of the Phalange of the Immaculata is to confess this Catholic Faith at all costs, fighting against all heresy and political apostasy in a crusade for the counter-reformation and counter-revolution, the decisive battle of which consists in obtaining the submission of our pastors to the divine will revealed for our time.

Our Queen will lead us to victory in this battle, which is Hers, if we take up the weapons She gives us, weapons of tenderness and devotion, weapons of compassion and reparation, so that mercy may prevail over justice, and grace may convert those on whom the salvation of the Church and our countries depends.

Hæc est victoria quæ vincit mundum, fides nostra!

Brother Bruno of Jesus-Mary

Letter to Father Croiset, November 3, 1689

After the revolutionary torment of 1789, the religious communities that had been destroyed did their best to re-establish themselves. To this end, the Congregation of Our Lady, a congregation of Canonesses of Saint Augustine acquired a mansion in Paris. It had been referred to as the “Hôtel des Oiseaux (Birds)” due to the fact that there were two aviaries at its entrance. The Canonesses converted the mansion into a convent, which then became known as the “Couvent des Oiseaux” – the Convent of the Birds!

The precise contents of these secrets will be presented when the following lectures of the Phalangist Summer Camp are published.

Léon Papin-Dupont (1797-1876), known during his lifetime as ‘the holy man of Tours’, combined the nobility and grace of Thomas More with the active charity of Vincent de Paul and the piety of a Carthusian monk. After the premature death of his young wife and daughter, he devoted himself to the essential things: zeal for the glory of God, service to Holy Church, and reparation.

The works he founded in Tours are innumerable, including piety, Catholic propaganda for the conversion of Protestants and Jews, and charity.

As soon as he heard about the apparitions of Our Lady at La Salette, he went there on pilgrimage.

In 1848-1849, he founded nocturnal Eucharistic adoration in Tours, in a spirit of reparation, after learning of the revelations made to Sister Mary of Saint Peter (1816-1848). Jesus revealed to this Carmelite nun from Tours that ‘the face of France has become hideous’ in the eyes of God the Father and that her salvation lies ‘in the Face of the Saviour’, provided that new Veronicas arise and touch His Heart through reparation.

Thus, He became an ardent propagator of this message of mercy and a zealous servant of the Holy Face. He founded an oratory dedicated to the Holy Face in his home, where the oil from the lamp soon brought about countless healings. Five hundred thousand pilgrims came on pilgrimage there over twenty-five years.

These miracles were willed by Heaven to restore faith to the people of France... through this revelation, when it would appear in all its truth on the Holy Shroud!

He fell asleep in the Lord on March 18, 1876, while singing Psalm 118.

The policy of the Ralliement to the Republic proved to be a manoeuvre by the Freemasons to draw Rome into its camp and thus throw Catholic and nationalist France into disarray. With these forces united, France could have checked the Revolution and restored her monarchy together with her religion.

The tragedy was that Popes Leo XIII and Pius XI fought against the Catholic Right and the nationalist Right to persuade them to renounce their truths and to abandon their struggle, in order to embark on a deadly utopia. How did these Popes manage to involve themselves in this persecution of their own children, sinking into it ever more deeply and overstepping all the barriers against abuse of power, lying and excommunications, thus preparing for the crimes of the bloody purge of 1945, “with their eyes fixed on a chimera”? It is a mystery of iniquity.
