Fourth Petition to Pope Francis

on the feast of Annunciation.
Most Holy Father,
I am addressing myself to you for the fourth time, at the risk of bothering you, yet, this “ Hope” that you preach to us in your Wednesday General Audiences obliges me to do so, as it were, beyond all hope.
I must bring a complaint before you concerning yourself, a complaint about the obduracy of the silence that you maintain regarding my petitions. Yet I am not asking you for anything for ourselves, Little Brothers and Sisters of the Sacred Heart. I am only imploring you to obey Our Lady, our Mother of every one of us, forever!
A hundred years ago, Our Lady came to Fatima to warn the world through the testimony of three innocent children that God Our Lord was “ too greatly offended ” and that it was a matter of urgency for us to do “ penance,” to convert through devotion to Her Immaculate Heart.
In order to establish in the world this devotion, Our Lady ordained the Holy Father to recommend the reparatory devotion of the First Five Saturdays and to consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart, in union with all the bishops of the world. Because your predecessors did nothing about it, it is to you, Pope Francis, that these demands are addressed today! The salvation of souls and world peace are at stake.
There is added urgency since the great ‘Secret’ that Our Lady entrusted to Lucy, Francisco and Jacinta on July 13, 1917 was published in its entirety on June 26, 2000. On that day, Pope John Paul II disclosed the third part that Sister Lucy had written down on January 3, 1944:
“ After the two parts that I have already explained,” she wrote, “ at the left of Our Lady and a little higher up we saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; it flashed and gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they were extinguished on contact with the brilliant light that Our Lady radiated against them with Her right hand.
“ The Angel, pointing to the earth with his right hand, cried out in a loud voice:
“ Penance, Penance, Penance!”
On October 13, 1917, after the last apparition of Our Lady at the Cova da Iria, marked by the “miracle of the sun,” little Lucy echoed this call by shouting “with great enthusiasm and great faith,” related Dr. Mendès who had taken her in his arms to carry her to the road: “ Do penance! Do penance! Our Lady wants you to do penance. If you do penance, the war will end.”
“She appeared inspired,” a witness related. “It was really impressive to hear her. Her voice had a certain intonation, like the voice of a great prophet.”
A little ten-year-old girl was the divine oracle’s mouthpiece! The armistice of 1918 would soon fulfil it. Would it be the universal and definitive peace that many people were announcing? This was indeed God’s plan, provided “ that we not offend the Lord Our God any more,” Our Lady implored on October 13, 1917, “ for He is already too greatly offended!”
The world, however, returned to the evil that was consuming it: sin. The second part of the Secret of July 13, which is conditional, foretold further terrible chastisements if the world did not convert. How, Most Holy Father, can you declare and repeat over and over again, that the good God does not punish? This threat had already become a reality when this part of the Secret was revealed in 1942! Today, further public misfortunes, earthquakes in Italy, which you yourself felt in Rome, and wars are on the increase throughout the world, although in a “ piecemeal” fashion, to use your words.
“ To prevent this,” Our Lady had announced, “ I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation of the first Saturdays of the month.”
My question is this: “ What are you waiting for to order the bishops to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and to establish this reparatory Communion?
Your denial of the reality of divine chastisement that punishes the sins of peoples here below by means of wars and natural catastrophes in order to urge them to convert and to enable them to benefit from the Mercy that you preach so well, after having humbly recognised and accepted its Justice, makes me suspect that you have fallen into the error of apocatastasis. According to this error, all souls will eventually end up in Heaven. Following a time of punishment after death, “ Hell” will disappear and all souls, without exception, will enter Heaven. This is what your frequent defence of Judas suggests, although it contradicts these words of Our Lord that you cannot efface from Holy Scripture: “ It would have been better for that man if he had never been born!”(Mk 14:21) Jesus would never have said this if Judas were to one day enter Heaven, albeit at the end of the world!
On July 13, 1917, Our Lady had just said: “ Sacrifice yourselves for sinners, and often say to Jesus, especially when you make a sacrifice:”
“ Jesus, it is for the love of You, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”
Lucy related:
“ As She said these last words, Our Lady opened Her hands again, as She had done the two previous months. The reflection of the light seemed to penetrate the earth and we saw what looked like a vast ocean of fire. Plunged in this fire we saw demons and the souls of the damned.
“ The latter were like transparent burning embers, black or bronzed, having human form. They were floating in this fire, lifted up by the flames that issued from within themselves, along with clouds of smoke. They fell back on all sides, like sparks in huge fires, without weight or equilibrium, amid cries and groans of despair that were horrifying to hear and made us tremble with fright. It must have been this sight that caused me to let out the cry that the people around me heard. The demons could be distinguished from the souls of the damned by their horrible and repellent likeness to frightening and unknown animals, but they were transparent, like burning black coals.
“ This vision lasted but an instant, thanks to our good Mother in Heaven Who, during the first apparition, had promised to take us to Heaven. Were it not for this, I believe we would have died of fear and terror.
“ Terrified, and as though pleading for help, we raised our eyes towards Our Lady, Who said to us so kindly and sadly:
“ You have seen Hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart.
“ If what I am going to say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.
“ The war is going to end. If, however, they do not cease to offend God another, a worse one, will begin in the reign of Pius XI. When you see a night illuminated with an unknown light, know that it is the great sign that God is going to punish the world for its crimes by means of war, famine, and persecutions against the Church and the Holy Father.
“ To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation of the first Saturdays of the month. If My requests are heard, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions against the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and many nations will be annihilated?”
This appalling chastisement, which began to take effect “ in the reign of Pius XI,” and was carried out by World War II, has never ceased to develop its devastating effects to this very day, because we “ do not cease to offend God.”
Most Holy Father, I do not know how to approach you to beseech you
1° to recommend the reparatory devotion of the First Saturdays,
2° to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Our Lady is waiting for this to happen in order to work astounding miracles. There is nothing more certain!
Hell exists, Most Holy Father, and both you and I can fall into it! So many souls might fall as well, through our fault, because we have failed to pray and offer sacrifices for them! Nevertheless, the Blessed Virgin promised to assist at the hour of death with all the graces for the salvation of their souls, those persons who have practiced the reparatory devotion of the First Saturdays.
As for the consecration of Russia, it will replace the “ method of uniatism” that you disowned during your meeting in Havana with Patriarch Cyril on February 12, 2016. Performed with all the bishops, this act will be the means of establishing devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the world, by bringing souls to a total consecration, which will lead them to convert, to devote themselves, to venerate with love the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Sister Lucy compared this conversion to the consecration of the bread and wine that changes them into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ at Mass, and to the transformation of the blood of the Heart of Mary into the Blood and the Body of Her Son. In order to “ touch the Body of Christ” in our neighbour, as you do not cease to do yourself, Most Holy Father, inviting us to imitate you, this dear neighbour himself must be incorporated into Christ.
This is the task of the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and through it, of the whole world.
Thus it is that the Immaculate Heart of Mary forms from Her blood the new generation promised to our first parents, after the original fall: “ God proclaimed this refuge and this way to all humanity immediately after the fall of original sin,” Sister Lucy wrote in the original manuscript of the Apelos, in the chapter: The Call to the Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, after having recalled the promise heard during the Apparition of June 13, 1917: “ My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the way that will lead you to God.”
She continued:
“ The Lord said to the Devil, who had tempted the first human beings, and had induced them to disobey God: ‘I will put enmity between you and the Woman, and between your offspring and Hers. He will crush your head while you will lie in wait for His heel.’ (Gn 3.15).”
“ It is the new generation born of this Woman, foretold by God, which will triumph in the battle against the progeny of Satan, to the point of crushing its head.
“ She is like a new tree of life, planted by God in the garden of the world so that all Her children can be nourished by Her fruits. It is from the heart of their mother that children receive their natural life, their first breath, their life-giving blood, the beating of their heart, as if it [the heart of the mother] were the spring of a clock impelling movement to another pendulum. Thus the heart of the mother is the heart of her child. Hence, it follows that the Heart of Mary is the Heart of that new generation, the first fruit of which is Christ, the Word of God. It is from this fruit that all the generation of this Immaculate Heart is to be fed,” according to the words of Jesus in Capernaum:
“ ‘He that eats My Flesh and drinks My Blood remains in Me, and I in Him. As I live by the Father, so he that eats Me the same also shall live by Me.’ (Jn 6:48; 56-57).
“ To live thus through Christ is also to live through Mary, since Jesus received His Body and Blood from the blood of the Heart of Mary.
“ It was in this Heart that the Father placed His Son, as if in the first Tabernacle. Mary was the first monstrance that held Him, and it was the blood of Her Immaculate Heart that communicated to the Son of God His life and His human nature, from which we all, in turn, receive ‘grace upon grace.’ (Jn 1.16).
“ This is that new generation born from this wonderful Woman: Christ in Himself and in His Mystical Body. Mary is the Mother of this Body that God ordained to crush the head of the infernal Serpent.”
That is why it is almost unbearable, beloved Holy Father, to see you celebrating Luther’s rebellion, and to see you entering a synagogue or a mosque with your “ halting ” step, to use the distressing word of the great “Secret” of Our Lady of Fatima. Instead of attacking the “ proselytism” of Catholic missionaries, it is urgent to condemn the new “ right” that the Council granted to every erroneous conscience to propagate any religion whatever in society.
This was the “focal point” of Fr. de Nantes’ insurmountable opposition to the Second Vatican Council. It has never been a question of coercing anyone to believe. The Church, however, has always taught, up to and excluding the Second Vatican Council, that it is the civil authorities’ duty to proscribe the outward practices of false religions. From St. Justin to Cardinal Wyszynski, the Church has always demanded Christian liberty, not in the name of human rights, but in the name of divine authority and the historical rights of the Catholic Church to lead to salvation mankind who was created to love and serve God. By procuring for faithful souls the grace of inward liberty and the outward assistance of the law, the Church acts like a mother, out of love:
“ It is love that makes the mothers lavish care and attention on their babies in the cradle,” Sister Lucy wrote, “ it is love that incites them to sacrifice themselves for them, to devote themselves them, to rush to the defence of their children.”
As for you, Most Holy Father, let me tell you forthrightly that you do just the opposite. You rush to the island of Lesbos in the Aegean Sea to bring back in your airplane Muslim refugees, who are not (yet) your children, in preference to Christians.
“ All children trust in their mother,” continued Sister Lucy, “ and they all know that they have a place of special affection in her heart, which loves them deeply. She, however, was referring to “ the Virgin Mary Who tells us: ‘My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the way that will lead you to God.’ ”
In your case, however, the “ mercy” of the “ revolution of tenderness” that you are conducting in a Church that has become a cruel mother since the Council only benefits those within our family who are on the fringes, for example, when you wish that re-married divorcees be admitted to receive Holy Communion. Or when you had a one-to-one meeting with Fr. David Gréa, the parish priest of Sainte-Blandine’s church in Lyon who announced to his parishioners in a public letter that he has “ begun to build a relationship with a woman.” You welcomed him and he wrote in his letter: “ The Pope gave me a sympathetic hearing and honoured the integrity of my attitude.” Whereas I have still not received the slightest response to my petitions.
“ Hence, the Heart of Mary is the refuge and the way to God for all Her children.” Fortunately, we have Her!
“ The word of God is the bond that unites all the children in the Heart of their Mother Mary; therein we hear the echo of the word of the Father, because God enclosed His eternal Word in the Heart of Mary; and it is from this Word that life comes to us: ‘If any man thirst, let him come to Me, and he who believes in Me, let him drink!’ As the Scripture says: ‘From His breast shall flow streams of living water.” (Jn 7.37-38).
THE “DEMANDS” OF THE VIRGIN MARY
In an exchange with the Superiors General of masculine Religious Congregations on November 25, 2016, you answered the question:
“ Why did you choose three themes related to the Virgin Mary for the upcoming Word Youth Days that will lead up to the Youth Days in Panama?
“ It was not I who chose the Marian themes for the next Youth Days! The countries of Latin America asked for this: a strong Marian presence. It is true that Latin America is very Marian, and for me this seems to be a good thing. Since I have had no other suggestions, I was satisfied with it. The true Virgin Mary, however! Not the Virgin at the head of a post office who every day sends a different letter, saying: ‘My children, do this and then the next day do something else.’ No, not that Virgin. The true Virgin Mary is a Mother Who gives birth to Jesus in our hearts. This fashion of the Virgin Mary superstar, as a protagonist who seeks the limelight, is not Catholic.”
Indeed this is what takes place at Medjugorje, which has still not been condemned! As one may well expect, however, if the Blessed Virgin at Fatima says: “ I want,” it is because She is expressing the will of Her Son. Most Holy Father, do not stand against God!
“ The moment has come when God asks the Holy Father to make, in union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means.
“ So numerous are the souls that the justice of God condemns for sins committed against Me, that I have come to ask for reparation. Sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray ” (June 13, 1929, at Tuy)
In the beginning of 1930, Our Lord informed His messenger that the two requests, the consecration of Russia and the Communion of Reparation on the five First Saturdays of the month were to be addressed jointly to the Holy Father himself.
Father Gonçalves had been informed and ordered Sister Lucy to “ put all that in writing.”
Toward the end of May, Sister Lucy wrote to him:
“ If I am not mistaken, the good God promises to put an end to the persecution in Russia, if the Holy Father deigns to make, and orders all the bishops of the Catholic world to make also, a solemn and public act of reparation and consecration of Russia to the Most Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, and if his Holiness promises, in return for the end of this persecution, to approve and recommend the practice of the reparatory devotion of the First Saturdays of the month.”
All the approaches made, however, were rebuffed, and Jesus complained to Sister Lucy in August 1931: “ Make it known to My ministers that since they are following the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of My request, they will follow him into misfortune. It will never be too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary.”
In 1936, in autobiographical notes, Sister Lucy recalled the decisive revelation of August 1931:
“ Later on, by means of an interior communication, Our Lord complainingly said to me: ‘They did not want to heed My request! Like the King of France they will repent and do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread its errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The Holy Father will have much to suffer.’”
On August 22, 1939, the news of the German-Soviet Pact came as a bombshell. On September 1, Hitler invaded Poland and, two days later, England swayed France into declaring war on Germany. This series of events fulfilled the Secret of 1917 to the letter. The Virgin Mary, however, had announced that the war would begin “ in the reign of Pius XI.” Yet this Pontiff rendered his soul to God almost seven months before the German army invaded Poland.
To Fr. Jongen who raised this as an objection, Sister Lucy replied: “ The annexation of Austria was the occasion for it. When the Munich accord was signed, the sisters were jubilant, because the peace seemed to be saved. I knew better.”
The hour was indeed grave and Sister Lucy wrote on October 24,1939:
“ The principal chastisement will be for the nations that wanted to destroy the Kingdom of God in souls. Portugal is also guilty and will suffer something, but the Immaculate Heart of Mary will protect it; the good God desires that Portugal make reparation and pray for itself and for other nations. Spain was the first to be punished, it has received its chastisement which is not yet over, and the hour approaches for others. God is resolved to purify in their blood all the nations that want to destroy His Kingdom in souls; and yet He promises to be appeased and grant pardon, if people pray and do penance.”
You are aware, Most Holy Father, of the subsequent events. Today history is repeating itself: Iran’s alliance with Russia is threatening world peace, like the German-Soviet Pact in the past. God, however, is still disposed to grant the promised grace.
Ah! If only you were to satisfy his desires, Most Holy Father! It is with this intention that we will be going on pilgrimage to Fatima after you.
